Create a Kawa account
Using the web application or a mobile app downloaded from the app store on your phone. The first step in using KAWA is to create an account. The account you choose should be a good fit for your needs - we have individual accounts for individuals who will be sending and receiving packages, business accounts for business owners who will be using KAWA to send out client packages, and carrier accounts for our partner carriers.

When you have finished setting up your account and filling the required information, the next step is to create a request.
